A second pair of eyes
Two threads in the feedback: a few of you get thrown off by language mistakes, and a few others use Half Quill to improve their English as a second language. Both seemed worth helping with.
So: a gentle spelling and grammar check, right in the editor.
Squiggles, not red marks
Type and you'll see wavy underlines on anything that looks off. Spelling is red, grammar is amber. Click one and a small popover explains what it spotted and offers a fix.
US, UK, or off
The toggle sits in the top right of the editor toolbar. Pick a dialect, or turn it off entirely if you'd rather write without the company. Sometimes a "mistake" is on purpose.
Your characters get a pass
Made-up names, invented places, the odd bit of slang: press "Add to my dictionary" and the checker leaves it alone in the future. The full list lives under your My Profile → Tweaks → My Dictionary if you ever want to tidy it up.

I swear with each update the site keeps getting better and better. I think that with each update it becomes a beacon for writers, giving ultimate comfort and motivation at the same time. Not only will we be able to write but we will also be able to learn. Amazing.
