Writing here every day deserves more than a streak counter. So now your habit earns you quills, too.

You earn them for the things that make this place better:

• Daily exercise: 10 quills

• A section you wrote: 12 quills

• A comment that adds something: 2 quills, twice a day

• A reaction: 1 quill, three a day, only the first time you react to a given section or comment

The caps are intentional. Without them, this turns into a grind, and the grind isn't what we're here for.

The Stationer

To spend what you earn on cosmetics for your nameplate, visit The Stationer. Three shelves: inks (a new color for your name), seals (a small badge on your avatar), and flourishes (a little extra dressing on your name, like a drop cap or a typewriter reveal). Nothing here changes how the platform works. It's just a way to make your nameplate feel like yours.

Bring a friend

Hidden in your account: a personal invite link. Hand it to a friend you'd actually want to write with. When they sign up through that link and reach a 14-day streak, you earn 150 quills. Once per friend.

This is the behavior I most want to reward. Strangers writing together is what makes this place work, and the best new strangers tend to come from someone you already know.
